If your product develops a manufacturing defect during the applicable warranty period under normal commercial use, Protec Boxing will inspect the item and, where appropriate, repair or replace the defective component.

Boxing Ring Frame Warranty
10-Year Return-to-Base Warranty
Our UK-manufactured steel boxing ring frames are built for exceptional durability and are backed by a 10-Year Return-to-Base (RTB) Warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty applies to the structural steel frame supplied by Protec Boxing and covers defects resulting from manufacturing or workmanship under normal intended use.
Our heavy-duty steel subframes are engineered using premium UK-sourced materials and precision manufacturing techniques, allowing them to withstand years of intensive commercial training and competition use.
Warranty Coverage
Depending on the product purchased, your warranty may cover manufacturing defects affecting:
• Structural steel components
• Weld integrity

• Factory-fitted hardware
• Original manufacturing faults
Warranty periods vary between product categories and components.

What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic damage after delivery

Soft goods such as canvases, rope covers, corner pads, vinyl coverings, printed graphics and similar items naturally experience wear over time and are not covered against normal usage.
Delivery Inspection
To ensure any issues are resolved as quickly as possible, we recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery.
If you notice any damage, missing items or shortages, please notify Protec Boxing within 48 hours of receiving your order. This allows us to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Bespoke & Custom Products
Many Protec Boxing products are manufactured to your exact specifications, including:

As these products are made specifically for your order, bespoke items cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has commenced unless they are found to have a manufacturing defect.
