Items intended for a refund should be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging and accompanied by the returns slip.

If you no longer have the returns slip, please include a note containing your order number and contact details.

Returns received after the 30-day period may be eligible for an exchange or store credit at our discretion.

If you believe an item is faulty, please email our team with clear photographs and a detailed description of the issue, together with your order number and contact information.

Once received, our team will assess the issue and advise you on the next steps.

Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed within the applicable warranty period, PROTEC BOXING will cover the return shipping costs.

Orders may be cancelled after dispatch; however, the cost of returning the goods will remain the responsibility of the customer.

Where dispatched items are returned for a refund, the original delivery charge will not be reimbursed.
